Reviews and Ratings
My stay was mostly enjoyable, highlighted by a charming spa and excellent dining options. However, the initial room situation was a letdown as I was placed in a perimeter room with noise concerns. Despite this, the service was friendly and accommodating throughout, especially after I raised my concerns. While some facilities could be improved, particularly for families, I appreciated the overall ambiance and dining experiences.
I had an incredible stay at Puente Romano, where the lush gardens and the vibrant atmosphere truly made it feel like a little Mediterranean paradise. The rooms were luxurious, and while the dining options were diverse, I felt a few could elevate the experience even more. The facilities, especially the spa, were exceptional and made for a relaxing getaway. On the downside, I encountered some rudeness from the reception staff upon check-in and check-out that took a bit away from the overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the service was excellent and I enjoyed my time at the Six Senses spa. On the other hand, the initial room I was given didn’t match my expectations, and I felt the hotel could improve its communication and attentiveness regarding room amenities. The dining options varied, with some standout experiences but also a few disappointments.
My stay at Puente Romano was filled with beautiful moments, from the peaceful gardens to the delightful restaurants. While the ambiance and design of the resort are stunning, the housekeeping left much to be desired, impacting my overall experience. Still, the attentive staff and luxurious surroundings made for a memorable trip, and I look forward to returning despite some inconsistencies in service.
Puente Romano is a lovely place for a family holiday, offering a charming village-like atmosphere with beautiful grounds and easy access to amenities. The staff truly go above and beyond, making our stay enjoyable. However, while the rooms are nice, they could use some modernization. Dining options are varied, but peak times might feel crowded.
